TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Your booking fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from your final invoice.

6 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING/EVENT DATE

You will be invited to a private consultation appointment 4-6 months ahead of your wedding date. Here we can sit and discuss all of your ideas and start looking to finalise the style and design of your signage. You will be offered two dates, if you are unable to make the appointments or live too far away, a video call appointment will be offered. 

3 MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING/EVENT DATE

Your final order and payment is due no later than 3 months before your wedding date. Full payment is due at this point and once received, we will allocate all of the stock and materials to your order. We will then ask you to send any confirmed information and wording over to allow us to make a start on the less time-sensitive pieces. 

1 MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING/EVENT DATE

All final details are now required. This includes Table Plan and Order of the Day information, which we always leave until last. 

Once the order is complete and ready for collection (from NR11 6SU), we will let you know and we can arrange a convenient time. Alternatively, items can be sent via courier. This is an additional fee, usually £20-40 but dependant on total order and weight of complete parcel.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel prior to your final order and payment being received with no additional costs involved. Your booking fee will not be refunded.

If you cancel your booking once payment has been received, you will not be entitled to a full refund. Instead, you may be entitled to a partial refund depending on how much work has been completed towards your order.

POSTPONEMENTS

If you need to postpone your wedding, please let us know at the earliest opportunity. If you have not yet placed your final order and payment has not yet been received, subject to availability, we may be able to transfer the entire booking to the new date.

If you postpone your wedding or event date after your confirmed order and payment has been received, we will try our best to allocate this. We will continue with all generic items and complete the order without dates. If some pieces have been dated already, there will be a fee to remove, prepare and correct with a new date. We will then store all pieces and apply final details when you are ready for us to do so.
